For over 15 years, Katherine worked as a nanny specializing in infant care.  Before that, she was a lifeguard and swim instructor teaching new parents and baby swim classes. That is where she fell in love with the dynamic between herself and new helping new parents.  In 2017, she decided to become trained and transition over into Postpartum Doula work.  Katherine supported families as a postpartum doula working in the NICU taking shifts to help new parents. She has experience with Twins and triplets as well as preemies.  Katherine has worked  doing respite care for families with children who have special needs. She also enjoys teaching prenatal water/exercise therapy. 

She is very organized and enjoys helping with setting up your nursery.  She also enjoys cooking and tidying up so new parents can focus on spending time with their baby. While she is with you, she will encourage you to rest and bond with your new baby because she feels this is such an important time in your bonding experience with your newborn.

Katherine uses her years of experience as a nanny working with families to help older sibling to adjust to adding a new member of the family. 

In her free time, Katherine enjoys family time with her toddler son and meditations/Yoga Nedra.
