Katherine brings more than 15 years of experience supporting families and caring for infants. She began her career as a nanny specializing in newborn and infant care and, prior to that, worked as a lifeguard and swim instructor, teaching parent-and-baby swim classes. It was through working closely with new parents during those early years that she discovered her passion for supporting families as they navigate life with a new baby.

In 2017, Katherine completed her postpartum doula training and transitioned into full-time postpartum support. Since then, she has worked with a wide variety of families, including those with twins, triplets, premature babies, and NICU graduates. She has also provided respite care for families raising children with special needs and has extensive experience supporting surrogate and LGBTQ+ families. In addition, Katherine enjoys teaching prenatal water exercise and therapeutic movement classes.

Known for her calm, organized, and nurturing approach, Katherine loves helping families create a supportive home environment. Whether she is setting up a nursery, preparing nourishing meals, tidying the home, or caring for your newborn, her goal is to give parents the space and confidence to rest, recover, and bond with their baby during this important transition.

Drawing on her extensive background working with children of all ages, Katherine also enjoys helping older siblings adjust to welcoming a new baby into the family, fostering positive connections and easing the transition for everyone involved.

When she is not supporting families, Katherine enjoys spending time with her son, practicing meditation, and studying Yoga Nidra.

katherine's Postpartum Package

Katherine made coming home with our newborn so much easier and less stressful. Her experience, her energy, and her care for both us and our little one were apparent the minute she got to work. The literal only thing that could have possibly been improved would have been to have had more of her for longer. She is a GEM of a human, fantastic company while pumping and figuring out a new groove, and a treasure trove of helpful tips and tricks with a newborn. We love Katherine, and would recommend her to ANY new parents lucky enough to get time on her schedule.

"We love Katherine, and would recommend her to ANY new parents"

Katherine was incredible. Patient, caring, attentive - she helped us navigate some of the most memorable first few weeks with our baby Olivia. She helped us stay in the present moment of early parenthood and appreciate all of the moments that we would have otherwise missed in the flurry of things. I think we will always look back and see Katherine as part of the family!
