We also offer a referral program for Providers that work closely with pregnant people. This would include providers in the field of Acupuncture, Perinatal Chiropractic, Midwifery, Family Therapy, Pelvic Floor PT, Sleep Consultants, Perinatal Massage Therapists, Child Birth Educators, Lactation Consultants, and other Maternal Healthcare Workers.
Our village people
GGDA is a supportive marketing platform and referral service for doulas and perinatal professionals. When the Director, Jen Darwin became a doula in 2002, she recognized that many doulas had the passion and heart to do this work. What many doulas needed help with was finding clients and running the business side of their birth work. Our goal is to connect expecting and new parents to exceptional birth & postpartum care providers. Our mission and vision is to support families AND birth workers by connecting you with top notch client leads, providing mentorship, supporting your dream and providing business resources along the way.
We bring a positive space for Birth Professionals to get together and motivate each other. All providers have access to a beautiful office space located in the Dog Patch neighborhood of San Francisco.

This creates a manageable work/life balance that many doulas desire and the families are happy with the support the receive!
GGDA does so much more than simply list your Bio Page on our website and cross our fingers that you will find a match. We work hard to bring in high quality leads, provide monthly Meet The Doula Events, and will custom match each inquiring family with up to 3 professionals that fit their needs. GGDA streamlines the process and pre-screen both the family and doula to ensure a perfect fit!
We consider factors such as a provider pricing, skill set, experience level, style of care, availability, where you live and any other specific requests a family may have. We also make sure to account for your own needs and policies during the matching process.
For Postpartum Doulas:
If a client wants 7 days a week of postpartum care, but you only offer 4, we will curate a postpartum team of at least two doulas to meet their needs.
For Birth Doulas:
The team of doulas create an on-call schedule so you will always have worry free, solid, and reliable back up for your clients! There will always be 2-3 doulas on back up for you every week.
For All Doulas:
We offer a beautiful office that you can use as a workspace and/or meet with your clients. In addition, 24/7 access to an online support program with experienced Doulas, Lactation Consultants, Pediatric Nurses and Labor Nurses.
Doulas are also invited to team building events and parties throughout the year!
