This 6-week class series is designed to fully prepare you and your partner for birth—no matter what it looks like. This is not just about “natural birth”; it’s about helping you take an active, informed role in your experience.

In each 2.5-hour weekly session, you'll learn:
  • Simple and effective breathing techniques
  • Guided and self-relaxation practices
  • Visualization exercises
  • Healthy habits for pregnancy and birth
  • How to explore your birth options and preferences
  • The latest neuroscience on labor, stress, and connection

Through regular practice, you’ll reduce stress, build confidence, and deepen your connection with your baby. These tools support shorter, more comfortable labors and empower you to approach birth with calm and clarity.

This in-person class will give you the peace of mind you need so you can confidently respond to an emergency with your baby or toddler. Perfectly suited for new parents, expecting parents, grandparents, Aunts/Uncles, siblings, nannies, as a refresher, or anyone who you plan to have care for your baby!

Childbirth is a profound transformation and a step into the unknown, marking the birth of your identity as a parent. While information is abundant, Varya's experience as a Doula and Educator shows that it often leads to overwhelm rather than true preparation.

Varya offers a 5-week virtual course that moves beyond information overload to provide a holistic, whole-person approach. She will cover childbirth physiology and hospital navigation while focusing on essential self-discovery, pain-coping practices, and tools to stay grounded through the uncertainties of birth and postpartum.
