As a Brazilian doula, I bring a unique blend of cultural understanding and diverse experiences to support you and your family during the transformative postpartum period. Over the years, I've had the privilege of assisting more than 8 families on their parenting journey, and I'm here to provide comprehensive support tailored to your needs.

Breastfeeding is a beautiful but often challenging aspect of early motherhood. I have extensive experience helping mothers establish and maintain successful breastfeeding relationships with their newborns. Whether you're looking for guidance on latching, pumping, or addressing common breastfeeding concerns, I'm here to lend my expertise and ensure you feel confident in your breastfeeding journey.

Sleep is a precious commodity for new parents, and I specialize in sleep training techniques that can help your baby establish healthy sleep patterns. I understand the exhaustion that comes with caring for a newborn, and I'm here to provide guidance on creating a nurturing sleep environment and implementing gentle sleep training methods that work for you and your baby.

In addition to breastfeeding and sleep support, I offer assistance with bottle feeding, including proper feeding techniques and hygiene. I can also take care of the practical aspects, such as washing bottles and pump parts, so you can focus on bonding with your baby and taking care of yourself.

Emotional support is a cornerstone of my practice. The postpartum period can be emotionally challenging, and I'm here to listen, provide a compassionate ear, and offer guidance on managing the emotional ups and downs that can accompany this time of adjustment. My non-judgmental and empathetic approach ensures you have a safe space to express your feelings and concerns.

In summary, my doula practice is rooted in my Brazilian heritage and my dedication to supporting families through the intricate journey of early parenthood. Whether you need assistance with breastfeeding, sleep training, bottle feeding, or emotional support, I'm here to provide the expert care and personalized attention you and your family deserve. Together, we can navigate this beautiful and transformative period in your lives.

Stephanie worked with us as a night doula when our baby was 4-weeks told to 8 weeks. It was a relief to have her in our home and be able to trust her with our baby. She was helpful and very caring with our newborn.

We’re so grateful and appreciative for Stephanie when she was our night doula. Before the birth, Stephanie was communicative and supportive. She came to our house the first night we arrived home with our baby, and it made for the best transition ever! We originally planned for only 1 month with Stephanie, but we loved having her help so we asked her to stay for another month. We wholeheartedly recommend Stephanie to anyone who needs a night doula.

It was a pleasure to have Stephanie serve as our night Doula during our eight weeks postpartum. Stephanie was consistently on time and easy to contact. We used a number of apps to communicate about care for the baby and she was able to use the technology without a problem.

Most importantly, Stephanie was a great support as I breast-fed my newborn and helped to get him on a path to be a good sleeper. Stephanie was also helpful with cleaning bottles and pumping supplies, as well as preparing bottles of breastmilk and introducing bottlefeeding to my newborn when he was 1 month old. She has a clear love for working with newborn babies and families. I would recommend her to any other families that are considering hiring Doula support
